Appointments and Scheduling

To request an appointment, please utilize Klara, our interactive messaging app located in the bottom right of your screen. Please include your desired provider, preferred date, whether you prefer a morning vs. afternoon appointment, the reason for your visit, and a photo of the front and back your insurance card.

Office hours are by appointment. Missed appointments can cause problems in the scheduling of other patients. Please help by calling at least 24 hours in advance should you be unable to keep your scheduled appointment. If you have an emergency, please tell us when you call, and we will do our very best to get you worked in as soon as possible.

Office Visit Delays

We know that your time is valuable, and we try our best to see each patient at the scheduled appointment time. Delays, however, may occur simply because we try to provide individualized, quality care for each patient and because it is not always possible to predict the length of time each patient will require. We apologize for any delays that you may experience and hope that the quality of care at our office will compensate for any inconvenience in waiting.

Telephone Calls

Please do not hesitate to call if you have any questions concerning your treatment. As it is often difficult for the doctor to come to the phone at the time of your call, please describe the problem to the receptionist or the nurse and leave a number where you can be reached. You will get a call back as soon as possible. If your problem is urgent, please let us know, and appropriate action will be taken.
